by ordering commission from me i assume you have read the t.o.s below!
Order info
• Payment will be taken through Paypal, after the commissioner has approved the sketch.• Any and all edits you want will be done during the process of creating the work, once you have approved the finished work, I won't do any edits anymore.
Please note that if the work you had bought is an YCH, it means that the edits are only done on your character, not the background of the image, as it is sold as is.
(Unless otherwise agreed on)• I work on commissions in the order I get them, if I have queue, changes are that you need to wait a bit on your work to be started!
Please state if you have a deadline to be met.• If you request a refund upon cancellation, I will refund the payment up to the amount of work undone.
If I have to cancel for any reason, I will issue full refund!• ARPG designs will get free corrections as long as needed, though this only applies to the commissioner of said design!
Usage
• You may use your commissioned work for your own personal things like wallpaper on your PC/phone, print it to your own usage, have it as your icon (with proper credit).• You may upload the art to sites like toyhouse, with proper credit! Other than that I do not allow reposting!
This includes groups in discord, deviantart etc.• You may not edit, resell or profit out of the artwork you have commissioned.• You may not use the art for NFTs, or to train any AI program available.• If you want to profit out the image you have commissioned (ie. art prints, posters, cards etc) you may purchase a commercial licence for the image! Prices vary on the work.
